Designed by Push Pin Studio graphic artist John Alcorn, this is as close to a psychedelic type catalogue as I've seen (though the faces are not type in the proper sense; it is photoprocess lettering). The Morgan Press type faces revived, or were elaborations on high Victorian and art nouveau alphabets - particularly of the larger wood types used for advertising and posters. The designed examples in this catalogue target a hip audience - one reminds us that "love is all you need".
